These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Thrive Nurse Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or using our online career coaching services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Services Provided
Thrive Nurse Coaching provides online career coaching services tailored for nurses seeking leadership, career growth, or professional development. Services may include but are not limited to:
1:1 coaching sessions
Group coaching sessions
Templates, workbooks, and resources
Communication via email, SMS, or private social media messages
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
3. Communication & Consent
By engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications from us via:
Private social media messages
SMS text messages
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but essential service-related communications may still be required.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific coaching agreement, all sales are final.
In some cases, a 14-day satisfaction guarantee may be offered (if specified in your coaching agreement). Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to: [email protected].
5. Client Responsibilities
You acknowledge that results vary and depend on your own effort, engagement, and circumstances.
You agree not to share, distribute, or resell coaching materials without written permission.
You agree to maintain professional conduct in all interactions with Thrive Nurse Coaching.
6. Disclaimer
Thrive Nurse Coaching does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and do not guarantee specific job outcomes, promotions, or salaries.
You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.
7. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, templates, videos, and resources provided are the property of Thrive Nurse Coaching. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own use only.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Thrive Nurse Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
